Happy Friday, and happy Week 3!

Last week felt like a bloodbath with the amount of injuries we saw take place. The beauty of the season is that there’s still plenty of time to adjust. Here’s to hoping we don’t see any more, and that they don’t impact our fantasy rosters.

Let’s win the week!

👀 Things I'm Keeping an Eye On

  • Jayden Daniels is not headed to IR. Commanders GM Adam Peters confirmed Friday morning that surgery isn't on the table and neither is an IR stint - the team expects him back within about four weeks, possibly as soon as the Week 4 London game or Week 5 against the Giants. Marcus Mariota starts in his place for now.

  • Jaxson Dart's season is reportedly over. The Giants QB suffered a knee injury Monday night that turned out worse than first thought and is headed for surgery.

  • Two of the Chargers' tight ends landed on IR this week which is a big part of why Oronde Gadsden, this week's Streaming Edge pick below, has the opportunity he does. Worth knowing the "why" behind that gap, not just the number.

  • Jadarian Price exited Seattle's Week 2 blowout win with a chest injury and was questionable to return. Severity is still unclear; worth checking his practice participation before trusting him this week.

  • Caleb Williams (hamstring) is week-to-week and a real game-time question for Monday night against the Eagles.

I Almost Threw Out My Keurig. It Wasn't Broken.

Every cup from my Keurig started tasting weak, flat, stale — so I unplugged it and stuck it in a closet. Then I learned the dirty secret of grocery store K-Cups: by the time a pod reaches your kitchen, it's usually spent months going from factory to warehouse to truck to shelf. The flavor oils are long gone. Some brands even over-roast to hide it.

The fix wasn't a new machine. It was fresh pods from Angelino's, a family-owned L.A. roastery that roasts, packs, and ships within 3–5 days — straight to your door, from 39¢ a cup. Over 1,000,000 happy customers. 50+ flavors, no subscription required, and 15% off your first order, applied automatically at checkout.

📊 Streaming Edge

I like to keep an eye on player ownerships as the week goes on. This newsletter sends on Fridays and your weekly waivers have been running since Wednesday so the hot pickups are definitely gone. In this section I’ll highlight potential starters that are still available in over 50% of leagues.

TE Streamer: Oronde Gadsden - 13.4% Ownership

Our biggest gap of the season so far - a top-12 tight end by our own rankings sitting at just over 13% rostered. A rookie name most leagues clearly haven't caught up to yet.

DST Streamer: New York Giants - 10.9% Ownership

Ranked 5th on our board this week and still barely owned anywhere - the best gap between rank and rostership on the whole list.

Other streaming options: Carolina Panthers - 39.9%, Jacksonville Jaguars - 27.8%, Cincinnati Bengals - 29.2%, Buffalo Bills - 7.0%, Minnesota Vikings - 39.8%, Detroit Lions - 49.6%, Tennessee Titans - 3.2%
